Arrival Time

To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will give you time to relax and use the restroom, allowing us to start your session on time.
 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. To accommodate all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. A full refund or credit will be provided for cancellations made with sufficient notice.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time and no-shows will incur a 100% service fee per person scheduled.

Terms and Conditions

By scheduling a treatment with us, you agree to the following:

  • Professional Conduct: You will receive a therapeutic and professional treatment in a respectful environment. Any form of sexual or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

  • Health Considerations: If you have a contagious disease or illness, please inform us so we can take necessary precautions or reschedule your session. Your health and safety, as well as that of our staff and other clients, are our top priority.

  • Cleanliness:  Please arrive decently clean for your service. If you are coming from an activity and will need a shower, show up 20 minutes early and request a shower pre-treatment. 
     

Fulfillment Policy

At ZionZen, we are committed to providing a professional and safe environment for your healing needs. We strive to deliver our services with great care, respect, and honor.

  • Scheduling Errors: In the rare event of a scheduling mistake on our part, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at your convenience. Additionally, you will receive a 20% discount on your next treatment as a gesture of goodwill.
     

Tipping

We appreciate your generosity in recognizing the hard work of our therapists. Cash tips are preferred and can be given directly to your therapist. A customary tip ranges from 15-30% of the service cost, depending on your level of satisfaction.
